The company has been in operation since 1997 and cooperates with glass factories in Estonia, as well as with O-I Poland S.A., supplying vacuum plates used in the production of jars of many well-known brands, and the fact that they are used in the production of glass packaging for children testifies to their superior quality. We try to enrich our products with customer experience so that they are of the best quality. For the past 3 years, we have also been producing grippers that have silicone approved for direct contact with food (approved by the FDA). They are used at O-I Poland S.A. in the manufacture of glass packaging for Nutella.
The grippers, as well as other products manufactured by our company (except vacuum plates), have silicone approved for direct contact with food (approved by the FDA). Grippers work on the principle of vacuum, which makes their "fingers" able to clamp and bend fast enough to be used in mass industrial production. We are able to produce grippers of different sizes depending on customer expectations.
The vacuum plates we produce work on the principle of vacuum. When they come into contact with the jars they "suck" them up and then move them to their destination. The technology we use is distinguished by the fact that there are metal elements on the upholstery of the plates, which make them much more durable. We produce vacuum plates for packing round products, as well as non-round ones. Round products from a diameter of 30 mm upwards and non-round products depending on individual arrangements.
